In conjunction with Duane L. Coker & Associates PC, we copy edited and designed contracts, authorization, new member, and daily use forms for Brickhouse Gym. Forms were designed to be user-friendly with a small ecological foot print (aka one page only, please!). We used limited colors to facilitate lower color printing costs.
